The National: Bloodbuzz Ohio

What is there not to love about the band, The National? If their last album, Boxer, didn't pull you in with those rich, deep baritone vocals of Matt Berninger weaving in and out of their robust arrangements, you've got another chance to dive into this ear candy.

The National is slated to release their upcoming album, High Violet, this spring on May 10th via 4AD and if it's even half as good as the last album, it'll probably get a lot of spins from me.  The album's lead single, "Bloodbuzz Ohio," is a nice reminder of what this band can do and some pretty good foreshadow of what the album will be like.
